Dr. Noble was born and raised in Rapid City. He attended medical school at the University of South Dakota Sanford School of Medicine and completed his residency training in dermatology at the University of Kansas Medical Center.

Dr. Noble joined The Skin Institute at the Rapid City Medical Center in 2011. He is a board- certified dermatologist who enjoys helping patients in all aspects of general dermatology, including medical, surgical, pediatric, and cosmetic. He has a special interest in the prevention and treatment of skin cancer.

In his free time, Dr. Noble enjoys spending time with his family and relaxing in the great Black Hills.
